Delivery Information:
We aim to deliver your order to the address indicated by you quickly and efficiently. Please make sure your delivery address information is correct, as The Present Room is not responsible for order delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day via First Class Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks.
If there is likely to be a delay we will let you know by email, you will then be able to decide if you are happy with this, or if you would like a refund.

Special Delivery:
Next Day (by 1pm) £8.25
Next Day (by 9am) £14.25
Saturday Delivery £10.45
Orders requesting Next Day Special Delivery and placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Orders requesting Next Day Special Delivery which are placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the same day, but will be delivered on the following Monday, unless you have requested a Saturday delivery.
Orders requesting Next Day Special Delivery which are placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.
As a signature will be required, please make sure someone is available to receive the goods.
Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these timescales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends.
Returns and Refunds:
If you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in an unused condition with the original packaging within 10 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please email us at info@thepresentroom.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods.
Please include your name and address and order number in your parcel so that we have all the information necessary to process your return quickly. We recommend you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Please ensure you wrap your parcel up carefully to prevent damage on the return journey. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
Please remember:
The cost of the return is your responsibility. The goods must be returned to us unused and in the original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not returned in the original condition then we cannot provide a refund.
We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 30 working days, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.
Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
